Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 4.x • 0 Class "JchPlatformPlugin" not found

In the process of upgrading from 3.10 to 4.36
When I try to update extensions I get thge error message

0 Class "JchPlatformPlugin" not found

How can I fix it?
